Langround Launches "Flightmare" Campaign for Halloween: Share Your Travel Nightmare and Win!

We are thrilled to announce our Langround Flightmare Campaign, just in time for Halloween! Do you have a travel horror story—flight delays, missed connections, or cancellations that haunt you? Now is your chance to share your flightmare and win prizes!

What’s at Stake?

Two lucky winners on each platform (Instagram and TikTok) will walk away with the following prizes (one per person):

• One Wizz Air voucher (€25)
• One Lifetime Langround Free Service

Additionally, all participants who share their flight horror story will receive a reduced fee of 15% on their next successful flight compensation claim, down from 25%.

Campaign Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility: Open to individuals over 18 years old, residing in the EU or UK. Langround employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for participation.
• Eligible Entries: To participate in the giveaway, each comment must include a travel nightmare story or experience. Comments that only tag other users, use emojis, or consist of multiple entries from the same person will be considered ineligible. Only one entry per person will be counted. Ineligible comments will be removed, and participants will be notified to submit a new eligible entry if needed. Langround reserves the right to review and disqualify any comment that does not comply with these guidelines.
• Campaign Period: From 01.10.2024 to 28.10.2024.
• Prizes: One Wizz Air voucher (€25) and one lifetime Langround free service on each platform.
• Additional prizes: All participants receive a reduced fee of 15% on their next successful claim.
• Minimum Participation: A minimum of 50 participants on each platform is required for the prizes to be awarded. Langround reserves the right to extend the campaign if this number is not reached.
• Winner Selection: Two winners per platform will be randomly selected and announced within three days of the campaign's end.

Wizz Air Voucher Terms and Conditions:

• The selected participants will receive a direct message on the platform where they participated in the campaign. If they participated on both Instagram and TikTok, the message will be sent based on the platform where they were randomly chosen.
• The participant must respond to the message within 48 hours and provide the email address where the voucher will be sent.
• If the participant does not respond within the given time or they don’t provide the email address, the prize will be awarded to another randomly selected participant.
• Langround reserves the right to verify the participant’s age and residence by requesting a redacted copy of their ID document.
• Specific Wizz Air voucher terms and conditions apply. Langround is not responsible for these terms, and participants are encouraged to review Wizz Air's voucher conditions.

15% Reduced Fee Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility: All participants who meet the campaign requirements will be eligible for a reduced fee of 15% on their next successful flight compensation claim.
• Notification: Langround will directly contact all eligible participants within three days of the campaign’s end, providing instructions on how to claim the reduced fee.
• Claim Submission: To be eligible for the reduced fee, participants must respond back, provide the details of their flight disruption, and file the claim within 30 days from notification (no later than 30.11.2024). Claims filed after this period will not be eligible for the reduced fee.
• Verification: Langround reserves the right to verify participation in the campaign before applying the reduced fee.
• Non-Transferable: The reduced fee is non-transferable and can only be used by the participant engaged with the campaign verified by their First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

Lifetime Service Terms and Conditions:

• Exclusivity: The lifetime free service can only be used by the selected participant, verified by their First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
• Claim Limit: The lifetime service holder can submit up to 4 successful claims per year.
• Verification: All submitted claims must match the holder’s personal information (First Name, Last Name, and Email Address).
• Termination: Langround reserves the right to terminate service in case of misuse.
